This is the round two recipe from the meatloaf made on Sunday. I cut the loaf in half and had half on Sunday and half on Monday. Worked out to have 12 total slices, though the ones near the end were smaller.
As usual, I left out the onions from the mix. My husband is not a fan of condiments, so I left the mayo and ketchup off of his sandwiches, though I used it on mine. Instead of BBQ Bread, which honestly I have never even heard of before, I used Sara Lee 80 calorie wheat buns. I also used cheddar instead of American cheese since that is what my family prefers. Substituted the vegetable medley side for French fries.
